Whimsical Sandwiches

Okay, so some people have made the mistake of asking me to make them a packed-lunch and then thinking I wasn't going to 'weird it up'.  WRONG.  Here are some creations I actually volunteered to make...

I present the Happy Ham Sandwich:

And Whimsical Pinwheel Peanut Butter and Jelly:

Now really, you could substitute anything you wanted in for either of these sandwiches (ex. tuna and mayo, processed meats and mustard, or go vegetarian with cheese or flatly sliced veggies and dressing).  You could also change the happy face to an angry face, depending on your mood, of course.

TIP: For the pinwheels, roll the bread out with a rolling pin and cut off crusts.  Use toothpicks to hold pinwheels together if your filling is not enough for it to hold its shape.
